Fall Skirts

October 5, 2018

It's been a minute...

Since I wrote a blog post, a hot minute actually! But with the items I've recently found I had to let you know about all the deals! With everything going on in my life this summer (see my youtube video on my wild life HERE) it finally feels good to get back into a routine with fall now fully in session...kinda. In California it's 80 degrees in October, so you kind of have to be creative with putting together fall/winter outfits. Not gonna lie I just purchased two coats and I secretly want the temperature to drop dramatically like..NOW hehe.

Skirts are perfect for fall because whether you are in hot or cold weather you can dress them up or down for whatever you got going on! Pair with a sweater, coat, some tights, and fun boots for colder weather, or pair them like I did with this look for a sunnier day.

My mom was recently in town visiting so of course we had to do some light (heavy) shopping! First stop was target. We went in for a coffee maker and $200 later...WHOOPS. Their new line they carry, Wild Fable, is AMAZING. So on trend, and at a super affordable price! This is where I got the skirt from, although they only have the skirt online in a blue linked HERE (and down below), the rust color can be found in stores :)

The top I am wearing is from Nordstrom but it is actually the brand Madewell. You just can't go wrong with a basic white tee and look no further because this is the one you need! It's only $14, SO soft, and made..well..get it lol????. It is the perfect fit and not super long which is great for pairing with skirts and high waisted jeans. I've linked it HERE for you guys, and down below as well!

For the shoes, I found the perfect white, platform sneaker from Asos linked HERE, at only $32 they are my go-to new white sneaker for this season. I wasn't a super big fan of the big white sneakers at first, but now that I own a pair it's fun to kind of dress down some fancier outfits with a pair of sneaks. Not gonna lie I feel like I'm in the 8th grade again with some fake Cathy Jean platform sneakers but whatever, they make me a lil' taller so I can't complain haha.

My denim jacket is actually from a Goodwill in Portland (they have the best thrifting there) but I linked a few that I loved down below.

I hope you guys enjoyed my LONG overdue post...happy shopping!!
